1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to shipping)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased under clearance or final sale

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@zylafootwear.com with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.


4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is completed.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges for the same product, subject to availability.
To request an exchange, follow the same return steps and mention the desired size.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We’ll arrange a quick replacement or full refund.
